Stackable from 10 to 240 LBS / 108 kg of resistance bands for RFS®

This set consists of 7-pieces of resistance bands with different weight resistance. Two handles, two ankle belts, and a door anchorage are added to this set. Video showing basic set on which we add two additional bands, 1 x 50 and 1 x 40 LBS. 

Bands set: 

• 2 x 50lbs/22.9 kg of resistance 
• 2x 40lbs/18.3 kg of resistance 
• 1x 30lbs/13.7 kg of resistance 
• 1x 20lbs/9.1 kg of resistance  
• 1x 10 lbs/4.5 kg of resistance  

All bands are equipped with metal carabiner rings for easy stacking together to handles or other accessories. Other low-quality workout resistance bands easily snap off or get ripped apart after just a few days of use. RFS® resistance bands are made of the highest quality natural latex. With their sturdy build and expert craftsmanship, these exercise bands are all set to stay elastic and flexible for several years.
